1. This E-book is very well put together. Easy to follow and understand.
It starts off by giving you reasons to try the smoothie diet, highlighting the
benefits of drinking smoothies. It gives readers great tips on how to make
smoothies, recommendations, and options. I'm a smoothie drinker and I'm amazed
at all the various and very interesting types of smoothies you can make. The
step-by-step guide is easy to follow and understand. It starts you off with a
3-day detox with suggested meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as
snacks. If you've never done a 3-day detox, you'll need to understand the
process that your body goes through and the changes that are going on so that
your body can eliminate toxins. In most cases, there are side-effects. I love
how this book addresses those side-effects and gives readers recommendations on
how to remedy those side-effects, such as headaches, managing hunger, etc. Once
you've pass the detox stage, it goes into the 21-day smoothie plan. The book
provides a weekly grocery list, and day-to-day guide on how to prepare the
smoothies, along with snacks and meals throughout the day. After the end of
each week, there is a weekly wrap-up, with encouraging and motivational quotes
as well as a notes page for the reader to jot down any thoughts or ideas. The
great thing about the weekly plans in this book is that at the beginning of
each week, it gives you a snapshot of what to expect so that you are ready and
prepared. Amazingly, this book is not just about smoothie recipes. It also
provides great recipes for various, nutritious salads. Exercise is also always
encouraged as well and stresses the importance of physical activity. I received
this book to review. As a product reviewer and tester, my reviews are solely
based on my own experience and opinion of the product. I highly recommend this
book for anyone looking to start a diet but is unsure of the type of diet. It
has many, wonderful healthy recipes and provides an extensive list of foods to
help readers prepare. It's much cheaper than going to a smoothie shop. It's a
great book for those looking to get healthy and fit while on a budget. 8 people

2. Right off the bat, this book opens with
bright, vibrant photos of healthy yet delicious foods...so already my mouth was
watering! But, I was really pleased to
learn that this is not just a compilation of smoothie recipes, but also is
packed with information about lifestyle, being healthier, what type of blender
to use, and the difference between juicing and blending. There is so much info here, I had to sit back and
settle in for a good read (a big bonus to me).
I had to grin when I saw the section titled "Disguise the spinach". It is so true that spinach is super healthy, but not what one traditionally reaches for to add to a delicious smoothie!
There are so many benefits of healthy smoothies,
and they are listed in detail in the first chapter. I have heard before that
tart cherries are wonderful for helping with sleep, but reading here how well
it works along with other natural ingredients has me eager to try this out!
Overall a fantastic book for learning about
healthy smoothies and making a variety of types.
